Guidelines for a Good Reading
1. Clear your mind of the day-to-day stuff
Take 5 minutes before the reading begins and relax. Quiet
your thoughts, take some deep breaths. Put all the events
of the day aside and on hold until later.
2. Come with an open mind
Only those open to all the possibilities will get the most
out of their reading.
3. Focus on your questions
A little trick that I like to tell everyone before a visit
is to write down the important questions that they want to
ask me. That way you won't have to worry about forgetting
to ask and you can be fully present for the reading.
